I can't really be sure but when u sleep with ur sister u r not sure that she can save u from the danger that u fear or u think may come.
Where as when you sleep with ur parents u known or rather u r sure that they will be able ro save u from that danger.
There might not be any particular danger.but some situations commonly the dark that frightens u.
Everybody feels more secured with their parents than anybody else. It's not just u.

l hope this will help you.

Sometimes, or should I say most of the times, our brain marks some people's presence as protective and assuring. It is a primal instinct or a part of human behaviour
When you're sleeping, you have a fear of some potential danger. It may be subconscious. When you're with your sister, you're unsure whether she would be able to protect you from potential harm. Hence you feel unsafe.
But when with your parents, you trust them. You know that they would protect you from any danger. Hence you feel safe.
