Try to understand everything rather than simply memorising it. If there are distractions like phones or laptops, keep it in a different room while studying. Make sure you've rested well before studying. Small naps of 20-30 mins between study session is useful.
Also, try to make small notes by yourself and write down important points like dates, events, in a copy or paper in an organised manner. That way, it will be easier to recall things and this is useful in last moment revision.
MOST IMPORTANT TIP- NEVER LET YOUR NERVOUSNESS BLIND YOU. BE CONFIDENT (not over confident though).
