I am giving my ignou 1st year exam in December by when should I fill my 2nd year admission??

Well congratulations..First of all you just need to be focused on what ou are doing now.Once you have completed your work then probably you get an opportunity to move on.Be concentrated complete you r exam and then as he results come then decide weather you want to stick to your goal then go for it and fill you r 2nd year form as soon as possible else take some time and then decide what you really want to do
