iam going to market i purchased some vegetables and fruits for 500 rupees suddenly the vegetables and fruits started to dry because the atmosphere is too hot i vegetables and fruits dried then after going to home i taken a bowl of water and I kept the dried vegetables and fruits in fresh water i seen after a few minutes the vegetables and fruits are became fresh this is happened because of osmosis when we kept the dried vegetables in water it absorbs the water and became fresh,dried vegetables has less amout of water content and high salt concentration so the fruits and vegetables become fresh again fresh....
