Let the radius of inner circle be r andof outer circle be R. so, 2πr = 440 2*(22/7)*r = 440 so, r = 70 m. so, radius of outer circle = 70 + 7 = 77 m. so, area of lawn = π(77 + 70)(77 - 70) = (22/7)*147*7 = 3234 sq. m
