It is 10am Monday at 120 degree W, what will be the time at Greenwich and at 165 degree E?​

Since there are 360 degrees of Longitude and 90 of those fall between 30 and 120 degrees, there's a six-hour difference in local time. We can label that difference however we want but since we're using West Longitude for the question, we'd label 10 am at 30 West as 4 am at 120 West
