The Hindu and Indian Express daily. your preliminary exam will be covered by that. later choose your two subjects and then prepare at NET level.

such as newspaper, go books etc, and must focus on competitive exams along with your 9 std studies . you need to give Upsc exams so start reading more. the more you read the more your can easily prepare for the IAS services
