I am in class 11. i want to give maths olympiad but I don't know where do we register. How should I approach further?

A disciplined preparation as per JEE syllabus is ideal at the start of class 11. Class 11 syllabus is the base that helps in covering class 12 syllabus for JEE. Be regular with your study schedule and JEE classes.

Try to finish your school work in school itself, utilize free periods, breaks etc. If you have gap between school and coaching, like 1–2 hours, that would be enough for the school work.

When you’re taught a topic in coaching, after coming home, study the same topic from coaching module. Finish all your DPPs and coaching module exercises, as they are being taught. Don’t keep pending work. Avoid backlogs. Do your homework/assignments on time.

Don’t miss out on any class and give your full attention in the class.Make notes which are easy to read for you.Solve regular questions on the topics taught in the class.Solve questions that are within the syllabus. Don’t go deep into the topic as if you are doing research. The objective is to clear the IIT JEE examination, you can do the research part later when you get admitted to IIT!

If you put your best effort, stay focused and avoid distractions, you can do well in both IIT JEE and School exams.
