I am in class 9 in ICSC board,please tell me how to make project files for internal assessment and how and where to decorate the pages,in any subject? please tell me.​

you should do it either in channel file or in loose binding but, it is better to do in loose binding.

Draw the figures in the left side(white page) and write about the details in the right side(ruled page).
