i am in the age of 15 pushups is good for me or not ? also tell me if i do pushups regularly it will stops my height growth

pushup are not good in this age .... it's the reason of low height....
but if u want to become a wrestler then some times you can do it.....only 5 or 7 pushup.......and not regularly......

Let's go back in time. You, during your childhood would go to park in the evening regularly. Play on swings, run and sometimes hoist your own body weight. I am sure that did not stunt your growth.
I am glad that you are aware about your health at such a young age. But, something that you must know is that doing any exercise is always good for the body provided done in a correct fashion. Improper posture can have negative consequences.
Now, coming to the question. No, sit-ups and push ups do not stunt height growth. They affect the target muscles only. If you want to stand tall the only thing that you should avoid is to not try and indulge in weight training; not before 18 for sure.
So I would suggest that go in for free running first, some sit ups, push ups, crunches and stretching is sufficient for people of your age group.
