I am not able to concentrate in study plzz anyone guide me how i can concentrate​

Hey ! buddy

first of all you have to do physical exercises in morning

then, give an hour to music.....listen your favourite music.... atleast half hour .

and after somedays , you will be able to concentrate on your studies.

It's my personal experience buddy...
