i am not able to stick in one thing i start gym left in 2 months.I start studying left in one week

1) Make sure it's something you are doing by your own desire and you have a reason why you yourself want to do it.
2) Promise yourself small rewards after some days.
3) Whenever you feel like quitting, remember why you started.And picturize yourself completing it
4)And now this one's really helpful.Tell your goals to people.For instance,tell your friends that this time you're going to score this much in test and do well.So when you feel like quitting, you'll still do it so that you can keep your word.
5)Or get a trusted person, maybe a family member who can check out with you on the progress of your goals and remind you to stay on track.
