I am really stuck on this problem , can someone please help on this one , I am trying to find the 201 st term .

the problem is asking :

The nineteenth term of a sequence is -52, and the fourth term is -7. The
difference between consecutive terms in the sequence is constant. Find
the 201st term.

a19=-52. A4=-7

a+18d=-52. a+3d=-7

solving simultaneously we get 15d=45 d=3

a=-7-3d

a=-7-9

a=-16

a201=-16+200x3

-16+600
