Answer:

the figure is a rectangle

=> opposite sides are equal

=>2x-y+13 = x-2y+20

=>2x-x+13-20= -2y+y

=>x-7= -y

=>x+y= 7 ----1

again smaller sides are opposite therefore equal

=> 3y=2x+6

=>2x-3y= -6 -----2

Solving 1 and 2 simultaneously

2(x+y=7)

2x-3y= -6

=> 3x+3y= 21

2x-3y= -6

=> 5x = 14

=> x= 14/5

and for y

=> x+y = 7

=> 14/5+y = 7

=> 5y+14 = 35

=> 5y = 21

=> y = 21/5

we get the value of x = \frac{14}{5}

and value of y=    \frac{ 21}{5}

Now finding area and perimeter

=> 2x-y+13 = 2(14/5)- (21/5)+13. (putting values of x and y)

we get

2x -y +13 = 72/5

=> x-2y+20 = 72/5 (opposite sides are equal)

for another side

=>3y =3(21/5) ( putting value of y)

=>3y = 63/5

=> 2x +6 = 63/5 ( opposite sides are equal)

\huge\orange{AREA}

=> 63/5 ×72/5 = 907.2

\huge\red{perimeter}

=> 2×(63/5 +72/5 )

=> 54
