I am studying 10th class now . I want to be the topper in exams.I saved money and bought books for 3000 rupees.Can you please tell me some tips without spamming?

Make a time table and start studying regularly

write down a schedule fr each subject on one time table and a time and specific subs u will do in a day, with timings next to each one. Itll help keep ur mind clear at other times and fresh when u sit to study.
