Answer:

Lipids or Fats can be identified using a piece of paper

Explanation:

Nutrients are components present in food. They are essential for our life as they provide energy, help build and repair our body cells, and regulate chemical processes.

The six types of nutrients are: Carbohydrates, Lipids, Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals and Water.

Carbohydrates can be easily identified by the Iodine test. When iodine solution is added to the food sample, blue colour solution will indicate presence of starch.

Lipids or fat are identified by the Emulsion test.

Proteins are identified using the Biuret solution.

Since we have to narrow down to a test that requires only paper and no chemicals, we conclude that the nutrient is Lipids or fat. Fat is oily and when a paper is placed on the food, it absorbs the oil and shows an oily patch.
