i am suffering from depressiom since last two years.plz help me and suggest me something.i am suffering too badly with it.i even have developed phoebia of certain kinds.plzz help

1. In case of depression always do such things which you like. But, make sure that the things you do don't affect other peoples.
2. Daily spend 1 hour for physical exercise.
3. Spend at least 15 mins with yourself when no one disturbs you.
4. Make sure that you eat healthy.
5. Make sure that while doing exercise, you do Pranayam and yoga.
6. Listen to some funny incidents or watch funny videos and laugh everyday because LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE AND BEST MAKE UP THAT YOU WEAR ON YOUR FACE.
7. In case of Phoebia you need to consult to your family doctor based upon the thing from which you are scared
