I am suppose to create a story based on one of these photos can someone help me please. I am not good at narrative writing.​

I can at least try to give you a plot bout the first picture.

So the old lady lives alone with her dear pet ( the pig), and one day she suddenly suffers a seizure, and watching this the pig runs out for help, and sits in middle of the road, unless a car stops, and then he guides the man in the car, to his home, and then the man calls for help.

I lowkey narrated the whole story, but you can still add some details in there.

I would p-a-ss on the second one.
