Just solve last 2 to 4 years question papers it will be mostly based on that only you can easily get 80% -90%by this

HII, first of all don't fear from exams. Study with whole concentrate try to solve sample papers on time, revise all subject, and if some topic is hard to understand then leave it because now there is no time to understand it and then to learn and revise other.
