Hey mate ! just try to avoid using mobile . Write your dream in the paper and paste it in front of your study table so that you'll always remember your set goal.

Keep urself busy in doing new things , read novels , plays and start writing diary entry .

I've tried all these things and got benefit hope you'll also.....♥
