friend, the reason might be that you must be dealing with extraordinary stress , tension or pressure. You must look into yourself once atleast, so that you could find what you are. The best thing is to consult a phsician or a psychologist, as they might solve your problem.

Its ok.It maybe because of the overload or missing your favourite teachers.Just be calm,revise and stay happy.Its not a big problem just because of over tension or something.Try to be active as before and read some story books,listen to music and enjoy the nature. =)
