Firstly don't think taht ur weak in studies.
Every unuccessful man will be successful when his talent + luck are in a good way.
By the taking art stream is gr8 idea if ur intrested but if ur not intrested then u can't find happiness in ur work
I suggest u to take state board because CBSE board is little tougher than state board. They go deep into the topic.
