Answer:
Skeleton.
Step-by-step explanations
This question is a mixture of aptitude and guessing skill.
So , for us to make this complicated life easier, I will divide the question into parts. How many parts ? Four parts. So let me introduce you with those four parts :
1. I'm whole but incomplete.
2. I have no eyes, yet I see.
3. You can see, and see right through me.
4. My largest part is one fourth of what I once was.
So , I didn't separated it unnecessarily. I will explain it.
1. It is whole but incomplete. Meaning is that it has a complete layout of a human's body. It's the exact how human look IF IT WOULD HAVE FLESH , SKIN AND LIFE. The sentence "IF IT WOULD HAVE FLESH , SKIN AND LIFE." Easily defines that it is incomplete and lack these.
2. It has no eyes , but it can see. This actually doesn't make any logical and scientific sense but the holes in the exact location of the eye seems to be like the skeleton is seeing. It's obviously way of perception , don't believe it litraly and stay awake all night in fear of a skeleton.
3. You can see, and see right through it.
If we observe a skeleton , we can see through it with "holes" in it. It has spaces and gapes.
4. It's largest part is one fourth of what it once was.
That's a quiet easy to answer as we know the larges bone of our body is femur present in thighs. And it a fact that it is 1/4th of the whole body.
( Oh my god! A skeleton speaking these lines. If it was reality anyway ... I would have had run for my life till now rather than figuring out who that guy really is!)
