I am worthless and the situation is helpless’ with these thoughts a person comes to you. Being a therapist, how will you help him/ her to think in a positive way?

Let's start with the term 'worthless'

There is not a single organism in the world which is worthless. everyone is going through different condition in it's life with different mindset.

the one which thinks that there is Not Any Solution to the Problem makes him Weak.

but the one which follow the path of Positivity always tries to find a solution and works hard on it till he is satusfied.

No one is 'Helpless' in this world

your parents and true friends are always there for you and if not God( the source of positiviry) is there everytime with you.

and God will always hekp you through Karme i.e. you past good and bad work done by you.
