I am writing a IIT class 9 entrance exam , now which syllabus I have to prepare ? class 8 IIT or now my at present syllabus?​

I think you should prepare both. I mean your main focus should be in your present syllabus and you should take some of the important topics from class 8 IIT which definitely help you out.
