To Find :- How is that possible ?

★ Solution ★ :

Lends 250 rs from one friend and 250 rs from another friend.

Total Debt = 250 + 250 = 500

Returned Rs 20, Rs 10 to each.

Remaining Debt = 240 + 240 = Rs 480

He brought mobile Rs 450

Credit = 450

He gave Rs 30 to his friend.

Credit = 30

Total Credit = 450 + 30 = Rs 480

Total Debt = Total Credit = 480

240 + 240 + 30 = 510 which does not make any sense.

240, 240 he has to pay back while Rs 30 he has to get.

Hence Rs 30 will be subtracted rather then added.

240 + 240 – 30 = Rs 450

Rs 450 is the price of mobile he bought.
