Answer:

For Raja

CP of 2A+5B=67==>CP=67/(2A+5B)

SP of A+4B=67==>SP=67/(A+4B)

P=35%=7/20

CP/SP=20/27=(A+4B)/(2A+5B)

40A+100B=27A+108B

13A=8B

A/B=8/13

For me

SP=3×8+5×13=89

CP=2×8+5×13=81

Profit%=8/81=(800/81)%

Concept Introduction :

A percent is a number or ratio expressed in terms of 100 percentile is a measure used in statistics that indicates the relative performance of an individual in relation to other individuals. Arrange all data values in the data set in ascending order.

Given : I bought 3 apples and 5 bananas for 67 rupees. After eating 1 apple, I sold the remaining fruits to the king for 67 rupees. The king, after eating 1 apple and 1 banana, sold the fruit ka sama for 67 rupees.

Find : In this way the king gained 35%, what percentage did I gain.

Solution:

According to problem:

CP of 2A+5B=67

==>CP=67/(2A+5B)

SP of A+4B=67

==>SP=67/(A+4B)

P=35%=7/20

CP/SP=20/27=(A+4B)/(2A+5B)40A+100B=27A+108B

13A=8BA/B=8/13

For me

SP=3×8+5×13=89

CP=2×8+5×13=81

Profit%=8/81=(800/81)% = 9.8%%

Hence the percentage did I gain is 9.8%
