length of cloth=7m
cost of 7m cloth=#136
cost of 1m cloth=136÷7=#19.42
cloth that can be got from #1000= 1000÷19.42=51.49m
So, 51.49m of cloth can get from #1000

If you get 7m of cloth for 136 rs ,then for 1000rs you'll get :
1000x7/136
=51.47metres of cloth
