Answer:

(a) Potential at point P✌☝️

(b) Work done in bringing charge

 \red{ \tt {\huge{ \bf2 × 10^{-9} C}}}

from infinity to point P

 \purple{ \huge \sf{W = qVc}}

 \huge \bf \color{cyan}= 2  \times 10^{-9 }C × 4 × 10^4

{ \cal {\pink {\huge{ \fbox V = 8 × 10^5 J}}}}

This work done does not depend on path follows.

Answer:(a) Potential at point P

V=1/4 pie E0 * Q/r

=9*10^9Nm^2C^-2 * (4*10^-7/0.09)

=4*10^4V

(b) Work done in bringing charge 2 × 10-9 C from infinity to point

P W = qV = 2 10-9 C × 4 × 104 V = 8 × 105 J

This work done does not depend on path follows
