I came to know that one girl in a village had a electric shock from the main supploy wire of about 12000 voltage and doctors had to cut her arms and while cutting no blood flow out .Why?and why do arms turn blue or blackish?

this situation is not possible as according to the international and national standards maximum potential diffference of a live wire is 220 volt and situation village it would be less. considering the situation of cutting the arms would not even arise because the girl would have been dead as current at a high voltage ionizes the fluids present in our body at a peak rate. she would have died on the spot.blue colour of the body would have been observed.
