The father of nation Mahatma Gandhi's methods to win the independece from the British were of unique kind. He just not only encouraged non - violence and non -cooperation but also show the world that with true determination, perservance and truthfulness one can defeat any kind of slavery and win over yet the most powerful army of the world - The British Army .
His campaignings were mostly focused on eradicating poverty, women rights, untouchability and equality. Not only every Indian but the whole world respects the ideology if Gandhiji and embarks his lessons in their daily lives. Because of his ideology larger than life and to spread his thoughts many international and national movies are based on Gandhi jis life.
Below are some of points which I would definitely like to do to be on the same path which Bapu has guided us to do.
1. Inspiration
He inspires the people for his philosophy of non violence, promoted to ban using the foreign products, introduced 'khadi' and eradicated untouchability and inspired us to do our own work.
2. Truthfullness
To achieve the goal he used only non-violence like doing upvasa, Ahimsa, salt sathyagraha . He always insisted to tell the truth in his own disciplined way.
3. Interest in completing tasks
Bapu never asked people to help him., instead he showed people how to do. He is a great inspiration and is a great example for our generation to do work with peace, love, honesty and great love. He is a role model for many of us.
4. Inspires with positive energy
Unlike other politicians, he was never confused, had clarity if thoughts and b never had a double mind, dedicated his life to our country with his true desire and self motivated life. He never showed his weakness to anyone.
5. Braveness
I am inspired for his braveness and confident talk. He was a great leader with a simplicity he showed his simple living life style with highly defermined mind.
Bapu is not with us today but his thoughts and inspiration still guide us and our leaders to follow the path of Non Cooperation and Non Violence and keep the nation flag raising high by showing the world that India is one country which can down the Union Jack without fighting and still win. Thank you Gandhi ji for such a wonderful country. We hope we can just follow the path that you show and try building India the nation you dreamt of.
