You can try EITHER/ALL OF the following:
- Go to playstore and check for updates of this app, available if any.
- Log out and log in back.
- From app settings go for clear cache and check again, following the above step also. In case nothing happens, then clear all data and log in back.
- Uninstall the app, re install and check.
- In case all above steps fail, just leave the app like it is and wait. It might automatically turn alright.
Something similar happened with me yesterday and I tried the above steps. The last one worked for me.
Remember that there are huge number of users in Brainly. So technical problems and glitches are very common and frequent for users. That's all to say.
