I can't able to concentrate in studies. what can I do??

Heya,
If you are not able to concentrate on study then first of all try to do atleast 5 to 10 minutes meditation daily this will surely help u to make focused.
And second thing is that if you are distracted by something then just through it out and just try to focus.
And if still feeling uncomfortable then listen to silent and good songs for some time and then sit for studing.

being not able to concentrate on study means you are very stress with your studies...
its common during exams, happen with me too. i also dont wanna to study.. always do phone.. when i start doing study it looks like soo much boring... so i got an idea that time..
once i saw a youtube video where i understand that "we have just 5 seconds to do a work.. after 5 seconds our brain will try to make us move from that thinking"... for example :- if i am thinking about to do studies and if i start doing it before i say then i willl do it completely.. but if i think about it again that i should do or not then surely i will not able to do it...
while study we all should follow some these tips :-
>> keep your all the needed things with you such as pen, pencil, notebook, book, etc...
>> keep your phone away from you. and buy a timer and set the time about 20-30 mins. (not more than 1 hours becoz it will make you bored..)
>> commit in your mind that you have to study for an hour.. make you focus on studies.. think like study is an interesting game..
> maths numbers are like the game where we have to find 'x' and 'y'.
> science is a game of finding..
> history is like a game of being in the earlier time....
> bio is all about reproduction...
chemistry is about the periodic table where we have to find the full form of the letter such as al, na, cl, n,h, he, etc..
> physics is a game of newton where all about the object moves, how the earth rotates, etc.....
Making all the subject as fun, as a game then it will be more interesting...
MAKE YOUR OWN GAMES WITH YOUR MIND FOR THE EACH SUBJECT.
>> prepare a time-table... yeah... many time we didnt follow it.. but if you commit it you have to do... remember "if you commit once, it doesnt mean that you just forget it... it mean is to do that work complete.. you have to do it... you have to prove it.."
making your own quote will make you more strong... make as many quotes as you can...

there are soo many tips for concentrating but before it you have to make yourself to do the same work which u thought 1 sec ago... do whatever you think..
