I can't find any "Me option" .........................

Why is this happening and please tell me the solution how to deal with it??

Try to install the app again !

Bring up the start menu. Search for "Device Manager".

Go to "View" and click "Show hidden devices"

In Device Manager, expand Bluetooth.

Right click on Bluetooth Generic Adapter and update the driver.

Restart.
