i can't sleep properly at night.when i go to bed for sleep,i juzt toss and turn with thinking of unnecessary stuff and i can't even stop thinking.can anyone give me some piece of advice?

keep your phone side and go to your bed

If you go to bed while watching phone then you will have difficulty in sleeping. So you shouldn’t watch your phone 10-15 minutes before going to bed. Also do some very productive work during the day which will cause exhaustion till night, this is the best method.
