I can't understand
I am doing rd sharma and I have a doubt in it in chapter lines and angles

in first u find that......
as u know that a straight line has 180 degree angle... so
a+b=180.
a=180-b.
put these value in equation given in question... then u get
180-b-b=30
-2b=30-180
-2b=-150
b=-150/-2=75.
now put b=75 in second equation we get....
a+b=180
a+75=180
a=180-75=105.
therefore angle a is 105 and b is 75.
