ans is 1 ... as the gene B is located to only the region where the enzyme BamH1 recognise & can cut specifically only the gene B .... and as we know in Biotechnology we use specific enzymes to isolate DNA bcos each enzyme work on specific sites..

Anonymous: not specific no... ?? means ??
mhonisha: I meant A has no specific restrictions site
mhonisha: sorry recognition*
Anonymous: yeah but if question is asked about gene A then we can sey it hv proper recognition site for Cla 1 enzyme
mhonisha: how can you say A has specific recognition site
Anonymous: gene A have recognition site for Cla 1 bcos if u see at both ends of gene A u can clearly see that both ends have cla 1 enzyme symbol .. so Cla 1 enzyme can be used
mhonisha: ok...i understand
mhonisha: thanks
Anonymous: well .. okk
