I have same problem about 4 to 5 months before but now I am speaking English very well also on special occasions and also with foreigners.

So, I'mgoing to tell you how do I improve my English speaking skills. So my secret is, i stand in front of the mirror every morning with newspaper or story book or novel in my hand & i read it loudly and then i see the change in my speaking skills.
