i come across of throwing food items in class dustbin, how would i help to solve this problem?

spread awareness among student that someone sleep without having food so they shouldn't waste their food and instead help the needy.

Say to the Principal madam  and the respected class teachers say that what happened suggest them to give punishment. You can also advise them not to throw food.
