i) 45 x 5/18 = 12.5 km/hr

ii) u= 20 m/s

v= 40 m/s

s= 100 m

a= ?

v²= u² + 2as

(40)²=(20)²+ 2(a)(100)

1600= 400+ 200a

1200= 200a

a= 6 m/s²
