As per given

 \frac{ \sqrt{x} }{y}  = 4 \\  =  >  \sqrt{x }   = 4y\\  =  > x = 16 {y}^{2}  \\  \\ and \\  =  >  \frac{1}{x}  +  \frac{1}{y}  +  \frac{1}{xy}  \\  =  >  \frac{x + y + 1}{xy}
