Yeah....I think so it's correct because an adult hv to sleep 6hrs and a child has to sleep 8 hrs.
Many scientists have proven it experimentally that if we hv to lead a healthy life,we hv to get a enough sleep.If we don't sleep properly we get exhausted and v can't do anything actively...
