I couldn't understand the second law of motion properly. Please tell me in brief

the second law of motion states that the product of mass and velocity = momentum. here mass and momentum, and velocity and momentum, are proportional to each other. if mass increases than momentum also increases and if it decreases even momentum decreases. the same thing is with velocity and momentum.
