Answer:

i) In nucleus of cell during Cell division

ii) No chromosomes are present in center of cell in the form of chromatin materials which is reduced in size due to histones but they are being arranged straight during cell cycle,when cell is about to divide(Extra:-A DNA is 2m long )

iii) when centrioles position themselves in opposite directions during cell division then,Long protein fibers called microtubules extend from the centrioles in all possible directions, forming what is called a spindle.

iv)Daughter nuclei is formed in nucleus of cell during cell division, in the 5th pharse (Final) which is also called karyokynosis,the process separates the duplicated genetic material carried in the nucleus of a parent cell into two identical daughter cells.
