Answer:
i) methods of asexual reproduction in plants:
Layering: a method of plant propagation in which a bent stem is covered with soil in order to generate new roots
Grafting: process of attaching part of a stem from one plant onto the root of another plant
Micropropagation: practice of rapidly multiplying plant material to produce a large number of progeny plants using plant tissue culture methods
Cutting: placing part of a stem containing nodes or internodes in water or moist soil in order to produce new plants
ii)
a) Lungs
b) Large intestine ( through anus the undigested food is passed out)
c) Kidneys ( through urethra urine is passed out)

Required Question - Answer :
(i) - Describe 2 methods of asexual reproduction. Give examples .
Ans - Asexual reproduction means the reproduction which involve only a single parent togo through the process of reproduction .
Two methods of asexual reproduction :
● Binary Fission - Binary fission occurs in unicellular organisms such as bacteria , Amoeba & Paramecium . First , the nucleus of the parent cell divides into two daughter nuclei . This is followed by division of parent cell . Each half receives one daughter nucleus and forms a daughter organisms . Thus , two daughter organisms are formed from one organism . ● Budding - In budding , a new organism is formed as an outgrowth from the parent body . In Hydra , a small bulge appears from the lower part of the body . This grows into a bud , detaches from the parent body and develops into a young Hydra . Yeast also go through budding.

(ii) Name the process and the organ which help in removing the following wastes from the body .
(a) Carbon dioxide
(b) Undigested food
(c) Urine
Ans - (a) Carbon dioxide - Process is Exhalisation and the organ involved in this is Lungs .
(b) Undigested food - Process is
Egestion and the organ involved is large Intestine .
(c) Urine - Process is Excretion and the organ involved is kidney .
