From pythagoras theorm

in △AOB

 \\ {ab}^{2}  =  {10}^{2}  +  \frac{ {21}^{2} }{4}  = 100 +  \frac{441}{4}  \\

 {ab}^{2}  =  \frac{841}{4}  \\  {ab}^{2}  =  \frac{29}{2}

perimeter = 4×29/2=58

one side = 58 cm
