Dear Rahul,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I safely reached Delhi yesterday. Thanks a lot for being an awesome host. It is all because of your efforts that I managed the hectic schedule of my business seminar.

The reason that I am writing now is that I have left an important file in your home. I realized this only when I opened my bags in the morning. It is a blue file with my name written on it. It has several important documents like my business visa, copies of passport and other financial documents. I think I put it in the first drawer of the dressing table. Could you check if it is there? If you find it keep it in safe custody. As you know, these are important documents and I don’t want anyone else to have access to them. I have asked my friend Vishal to come and collect it from your place. He lives in Sydney but he is currently out of town. He will visit your house next Tuesday.

Please secure the file with a nice file cover before you hand it over to him. Thanks again for all your help and support. Convey my regards to everyone in the family.
