I dint understand the propane and 2 butane structures from the bond line structure for triple bond why we are writing c and c but not ch and ch in 2 butene
pls explain me step by step plssssss

It's so because in propane carbon have not complete it's octet so we add H to complete it's octet. But in 2 butene the carbon don't need any H, as it have already complete it's octet with other carbon.
