I) speed = distance/ time

velocity = displacement/ time

ii) u= 80km/h = 22.2 m/ s

V= 60 km/h = 16.6 m/s

t = 5s

a = v-u / t

= 16.6-22.2 / 5

= -5.6 / 5

= -1.12 m/ s^2
