I do not know that how to use should in a sentence.

when we make a sentence in which there is an advice we use should
 for eg.
you should go to the park
in this it is an advice to go to the park

you should do this = tumhe ye karna hai . order
you have to do this = tumhe ye karna hi hoga. no other option
